The part where you are organizing launches and fashion shows and this part comes with that.

I would like to start my career at a larger, more established company mainly because I just want to be exposed to effective management and organizational structures. Later on when I have expanded my industry expertise, network, and some savings, I would like to start my own consulting agency. My objective would be to establish stable revenue streams from which I can independently pursue my creative interests.
I believe that visual aesthetics really guide people into wanting an item. I know what makes me want to purchase something just by looking at it or reading the right description, so I want to apply that to whatever I decide to create. Our generation is used to seeing marketing and advertising on many platforms, so to have that advantage plus my education, resources through FIT, and countless tips from numerous professors, makes me feel like I can take an entrepreneurial career to great lengths.
My ideal career within supply chain management would be to work at big or small company. I think this will help me with more experience in the field, and will be able to have room for mistakes and improvement. This will be able to help me grow and decide if I want to stay in supply chain or go somewhere else in the industry. As of now, I am hoping my career takes me towards buying and merchandising. Types of BOM that will be needed are unit of measure, quantity and quality. Types of MRI needed are materials, manufacturing and consumers.
My ideal career path in Supply Chain Management would be to work in corporate, primarily for a cosmetics company. I’ve enjoyed doing makeup on myself and others for a very long time but I wanted to look deeper into the industry and see what change can be done from the inside. So I want to start working for a well established company (Estee Lauder, Maybelline, Loreal) so I can first gain experience, that’ll eventually lead me to higher positions where I can start making big changes. I find that with large scale, veteran companies they have far reach but also some very noticeable internal flaws. I want to be able to resolve those internal issues and reshape companies for the better. I think Ill be able to improve the overall quality of service and products with the skills.
My ideal career path would definitely be freelance. I want to be able to work with a variety of different mediums and help design all aspects of a business, not just design clothing. I want to curate the music for a runway, design sets, and help impact the atmosphere of the brand, not just the image. I also would be working for myself, and that’s really all I could ever ask for. I love being able to create from my own experience and personality, and to be able to impact others and have the audience see through my eyes.
My ideal career in this category would be entrepreneurial. I will start as a small brand (everyone has to start somewhere), and then emerge into a well known brand in the fashion industry. I want to know where everything comes from and how it is made. I want to control the sourcing and environment the products are developed in.
My ideal career in supply chain would be entrepreneurial. I want to gain solid experience working in the industry and then take what I’ve learned to start my own company. I think I would really enjoy working at both large and small/startup companies in order to get the full picture of what it takes to oversee the production process regardless of the size of the company or team. My ultimate goal is to start my own business and, of course, run it successfully with a focus on sustainability.
I’d like to work brand side in supply chain, where I can combine design, merchandising, and production together. Would love to start at a smaller company, learn more about different areas of work. Then keep doing what interests me the most.
I have seen a lot of people mention that they would ideally start off their career working with a company to learn from my mistakes, as would I, and eventually create my own brand. I would consider what I want to do as more entrepreneurial. I have mentioned before that I would love to create my own clientele, travel the world, and sell companies the best fabrics for the best price
My ideal career within supply chain management would start at a big company, where I can have a sort of mentor to start out with. Someone who I can come to with questions and someone who’s main responsibility is training and ensuring employees best outcomes. I think I’d most enjoy overseeing the material buying process. I’d like to be responsible for sourcing and purchasing raw materials. I want to do this because I would try to accumulate the best recourses to allow for the best version of the final product. I would take environmental affects into consideration as well as ethical production.
My ideal SCM career starts with a large, mature company, where I can start trying to create my own eco-friendly apparel brand after learning the production model on a large scale. Nowadays, we should protect the environment as much as possible because of the imminent environmental pollution problem.
My ideal supply chain career would be entrepreneurial. My goal in life is to build something of my own, a company and product. Before I do that, I would like to work and learn at an established and successful company. In order to build up my own company I have to gain knowledge of the ins and outs of a fashion company. I also would have to save my income to start my own business.
My ideal career would be entrepreneurial because I love the idea of being able to design and speak the manufacture language because I know exactly how I want my items to look. But as always there is a plan B. My plan B would be to work for another high end company preferably oscar de la renta or Carolina Hererra.
My ideal supply chain career would be working at a big company. I would like more industry experience and would like to learn from mentors that have many years of experience in the supply chain field. I am not sure what kind of company I would want to work for but I do want to stay in the fashion industry. Also, I would love to work abroad someday!
